A previous client engaged us to work on their newest property – a penthouse apartment forming the top floor of a multi-unit building within an exclusive development in Effingham, located opposite their favourite golf course. Our client was downsizing and asked us to provide them with a luxurious property they would enjoy living in during their upcoming retirement.

The project comprised full interior design of the 3-bedroom property, including alterations to the existing Kitchen, complete redecoration and luxury upholstery and furniture throughout. From bespoke fitted furniture and storage in their Lounge, to an outstanding and sumptuous Master Bedroom, we provided our clients with a home they look forward to spending time in after a hard days golfing.
